As an accomplished senior executive with a proven track record in achieving business growth and efficiencies, Brian leads a highly skilled executive team who together look for ways to create a positive future for the customers, their teams, and the industries they serve.
Experience includes: Medical research, not for profit eye health, aged care strategic advisory, Banking, finance, Superannuation& wealth, telecommunications, strategic sourcing.

With over 30 years of experience in consulting in wealth, health, government and insurance, Katherine has held senior positions in a number of organisations and has held both leadership and advisory roles in strategic programs across industries.
Katherine is passionate about harnessing technology to deliver profoundly simple customer experiences. Katherine provides thought leadership on change and the importance of emerging technology, providing strategic consulting and advisory services to many clients.

With 25 years of experience in consulting leadership and more than 10 years of experience as a non-executive director in the health-based for-purpose sector, she is passionate about driving strategic transformation.
Deborah advises clients in aged care, health, emergency services, and financial services, with a focus on transformation that enhances customer and employee experience and operational excellence. Her cross-sector expertise and commitment to purpose-driven innovation underpin her strategic approach to building future-ready organisations.
